At Janson & May we focus on your search on a day-to-day basis, and we filter out properties that do not meet your requirements. We only shortlist the most suitable ones, so you don’t waste your valuable time viewing properties that are non-starters.

We can save you money: Traditional estate agents tend to act mainly in their vendors’ or landlords’ interests so as a buyer or potential tenant you may feel under-represented. We will give you sound, research-based advice on market values to ensure you acquire the right property at the right price, and we will support you through the negotiation process. Selling agents often view buyer agents as
more serious buyers too, which is a big benefit in negotiations.

We give you access to the whole property market: Many properties never reach the open market but are instead listed with a select number of agents, of never listed at all. So as well as researching properties already for sale or rent, we also use our contacts with estate agents and property professionals to give you access to properties you may not otherwise get to see, often before the active marketing process begins.

We are discreet: We understand that some clients require that details of their search are kept confidential. We are happy to work under non-disclosure agreements and will keep your affairs private if that’s what you require.
